Strain developmentKnockout mouse project (KOMP) repositry より導入。B6C3HF1と１回掛け合わせを行い、その後、兄妹交配により継代。Rd1遺伝子変異を除外している。ヘテロマウスは正常に発育し生殖能に問題はない。
Strain descriptionTmem215は網膜双極細胞に発現する機能未知膜蛋白質。Tmem215遺伝子座をLacZで置換している。網膜錐体双極細胞においてLacZの発現を確認している。
