Strain description | Dach1遺伝子のnullマウス。Dach1は器官形成に関与する転写因子であり、ヒトの癌においては癌抑制遺伝子としても働くことが報告されている。Cre deleterマウスとの交配によりloxPで挟まれたDach1遺伝子1st ATGを含むexon1コーディング領域を除去されており、完全長のDach1遺伝子発現が欠損する。 |
