Strain descriptionPrickle2遺伝子のfloxed neoマウス。Prickle2遺伝子のエクソン6の5’側と3’側にloxP配列、およびエクソン6の3’田輪にFrtで挟まれたPGK-neoカセットが挿入されている。ホモマウスは通常の維持繁殖には特に問題ない。
