Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Katsura Minegishi and Hiroshi Hamada, Graduate School of Frontier Biosciences, Osaka University in 2012. G4 ES cells derived from (129 x C57BL/6)F1 were used to generate the mutant mice. A frt flanked PGK-neo cassette was removed by crossing with CAG-FLPe mice (B6/129 background). C57BL/6 and 129 mixed background. |
Strain description | Dchs2 (dachsous 2) gene floxed mice. Exon 29 was flanked by loxP sites. |
Colony maintenance | Homozygote x Homozygote [or Crossing to C57BL/6JJcl] |
