Strain development東京大学第学院医学系研究科・松島綱治先生、中外製薬株式会社。129S6由来ES細胞を用いて作出。C57BL/6と129の混合背景。
Strain descriptionNKIR (Fcrl6) 遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。エクソン3から6の途中までをneoカセットで置換。NKIRは、NK、NKT、CD8リンパ球の一部に発現する。HIV-1感染リンパ球にて発現が増加することが報告されている (Blood. 2007 109(9):3786-93.) 。明確な機能は不明。ホモマウスは外見上特に異常は認められない。
