Strain development京都大学ウィルス研究所・今吉　格先生、影山龍一郎先生（2008）。TT2 ES細胞由来を用いて作出。ICRと交配。
Strain descriptionVenus-Hes1融合タンパク質が、Hes1遺伝子座から発現するノックインマウス。Hes1遺伝子の第1イントロン及び3'UTRの下流に、それぞれLoxPが挿入してある。Cre発現マウスと交配することにより、Hes1のコンディショナルノックアウトを行うことができる。delta Neo型(RBRC06010)、fNeo型 (RBRC06493)。
