Appearance
Strain development大阪大学微生物病研究所・森部弘樹先生、目加田英輔先生（2012）。KOMPベクターを使用し、EGR-G101 ES細胞（C57BL/6-Tg(CAG/Acr-EGFP)C3-N01-FJ002Osb由来）を用いて作出。tm1bアレル（RBRC06383とRBRC06384）はCAG-Creマウスとの交配によりloxP間の領域を除去することにより作出。
Strain descriptionTspan11のfloxed (knockout first) マウス (tm1aアレル) (RBRC06381とRBRC06382) とKO (post-cre) マウス (tm1bアレル) (RBRC06383とRBRC06384) 。エクソン4と5がloxPで挟まれている。今のところ外見上特に異常は認められない。
