Strain development順天堂大学大学院医学研究科・広瀬幸子先生。129系統由来ES細胞を用いてジーンターゲティングされたFcgr2b KOマウス（東北大学加齢医学研究所・高井俊行先生）を基に育成。
Strain description129系統由来ES細胞を用いてFcγRIIB遺伝子を欠損し、D1Mit501からFcγRIIB遺伝子までの領域が129に由来するB6コンジェニック系統 (通称KO2系統) 。病的所見は特に認められない。
