| Strain description | Ret遺伝子にY1062F変異を挿入したノックインマウス。ホモマウスは生後数日から腹部が黄〜茶色を呈し、巨大結腸症や難聴を発症する。生後4週齢程度で死亡。ヒルシュスプルング病 (先天性巨大結腸症、先天性難聴) のモデル。 |
