Strain development大阪大学大学院生命機能研究科・濱田博司先生ら（2005）。B6C3F1受精卵へのインジェクションにより作出。C57BL/6とC3Hの混合背景。
Strain descriptionFoxh1はNodalシグナルによって活性化される転写因子。Foxh1遺伝子を含むBAC(RP23-156P23)のFoxh1の翻訳停止コドンの上流にVenus遺伝子をFoxh1-Venus融合蛋白として発現するように挿入し、翻訳停止コドンの下流にIRES-LacZを挿入したトランスジェニックマウス。Foxh1遺伝子の発現をLacZで再現できる。
