Strain development国立九州がんセンター・船越顕博先生、瀧口総一先生、がん研究所・野田哲也先生、東京都老人総合研究所・宮坂京子先生。J1 ES細胞を用いて作出。C57BL/6J背景。
Strain descriptionCckar遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。エクソン1の一部とエクソン2がNLS-lacZ neoカセットで置換されている。Cckar遺伝子は、消化管ホルモンのひとつ、コレシストキニン (CCK) の受容体の一つ。生後〜成体まで、外見上は野生型と変わらないが、胆石形成頻度の増加 (30-40％) 、ストレス負荷後の過食、アルコール嗜好性、体温調節機能低下などが認められている。マウスは繁殖性、妊性あり。
