Strain descriptionNudin1 (Trib3) 遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。Nudin1は、protein kinase domainに似た配列 (psuedokinase domain) を有するタンパク質。Aktの阻害因子として作用し、GSK2betaを介してinsulin抵抗性に関与すると報告された。しかし、その後相反する結果が報告され、その機能には不明の点が多い。ホモマウスは目立った異常は認められない。
