Strain descriptionLipidosin (Acsbg1) 遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。Lipidosinは、長鎖脂肪酸アシルCoAシンターゼ活性を有するタンパク質で、脳ではアストロサイト、副腎では皮質、精巣、卵巣のステロイド産生細胞で発現している。X-ALDとの関連性が指摘されている。ホモマウスは目立った異常は認められない。
