Strain development北里大学理学部・渡辺大介先生。FVB inv/inv, Inv::GFPマウス系統（FVB-Invs<inv> Tg(EF1-Invs/EGFP)B27Hmd）の受精卵にshRNA発現ベクターpGtoRを導入することにより作出後、FVB inv/inv, Inv::GFPを交配により除去したもの。FVB/N背景。
Strain descriptionGFPに対するshRNA発現ベクターを導入したトランスジェニックマウス。GFP発現遺伝子との組み合わせにより、発現をノックダウンさせることが可能。RBRC06185、RBRC06186およびRBRC06187あり (ファウンダー違い、挿入部位やコピー数等の解析は未実施) 。
