Strain development北里大学理学部・渡辺大介先生により育成。FVB背景のinv変異マウスをICRへ交配する事により作出（7世代以上）。
Strain description完全内臓逆位、多発性嚢胞腎を呈するinv変異系統。ICR背景では、FVB背景に比べ、完全内臓逆位の割合が100%から50%程度へ低下する。ホモマウスは致死。
