Strain development大阪大学微生物病研究所・藤井穂高先生（2009）。(C57BL/6N x 129S6/SvEvTac)F1由来のiTL BA1 ES細胞を用いて作出。
Strain descriptionGARP (Lrrc32) 遺伝子のfloxedマウス。制御性T細胞等に発現しているGARP遺伝子のシグナルペプチドをコードするエクソン1の両側にloxPサイトを持つ。全身でGARP遺伝子を欠損させると周産期致死。T細胞特異的に欠損させると、軽微な免疫学的異常が観察されている。
