| Strain description | Map3k5 (ASK1) 、Map3k6 (ASK2) およびMap3k15 (ASK3) 遺伝子のトリプルノックアウトマウス。Map3k5は活性酸素や病原体感染などのストレスに応答して活性化するストレス応答MAP3キナーゼであり、アポトーシスやサイトカイン産生を誘導する。Map3k6は、相同性が高いMAP3K5と複合体を形成して活性化し、協調してアポトーシス誘導などに働く。MAP3K15は浸透圧変化などのストレスに応答して活性化するストレス応答MAP3キナーゼである。トリプルホモノックアウトマウスは正常に産まれてくる。Map3k5アレルのGFPの発現は確認されていない。 |
