Strain development東京大学大学院薬学系研究科・一條秀憲先生。Map3k5ノックアウトマウスおよびMap3k15ノックアウトマウス(ともにC57BL/6Jコンジェニック系統)の掛け合わせにより樹立。
Strain descriptionMap3k5 (ASK1) およびMap3k15 (ASK3) 遺伝子のダブルノックアウトマウス。Map3k5は活性酸素や病原体感染などのストレスに応答して活性化するストレス応答MAP3キナーゼであり、アポトーシスやサイトカイン産生を誘導する。MAP3K15は浸透圧変化などのストレスに応答して活性化するストレス応答MAP3キナーゼである。ダブルホモノックアウトマウスは正常に産まれてくる。Map3k5アレルのGFPの発現は確認されていない。
