Strain description | Map3k5 (ASK1) and Map3k15 (ASK3) genes double knockout mice. The coding region of Exon 1 of Map3k5 gene was replaced with a GFP/PGK-neo cassette (GFP expression was not observed). A part of exon 1 of Map3k15 was replaced with a neo cassette. Double homozygous mutant mice are viable and fertile. |
