Strain descriptionマウスインバリアント鎖 (Ii) のC末端にMoth cytochrome c (MCC) 88-103ペプチドを融合したタンパク質がMHCクラスII分子のプロモーター制御下で発現するトランスジェニックマウス。MCC特異的TCRトランスジェニックマウス (AND) と交配すると、胸腺でT細胞がネガティブセレクションされる。T細胞の自己免疫寛容の解析に有用。
