Strain development理化学研究所免疫・アレルギー科学総合研究センター・竹森利忠先生 (2008)。Bruce 4 ES細胞を用いて作製。CAG-FLPeマウス (ライン36) との交配により、FRTで挟まれたneo遺伝子は除去済み。
Strain descriptionPcp4遺伝子の開始コドンから下流をcre遺伝子で置換したもの。Pcp4遺伝子が発現した細胞でcreが発現する。Gt(ROSA)26Sor<tm1(EYFP)Cos>マウスとの交配したところ、B細胞では脾臓のnaïve B細胞の約30%がYFP陽性を示した。
