Strain descriptionシナプス小胞に局在するVAMP-2とpH感受性誘導体との結合蛋白 (synapto-pHluorin, SpH) をコードする遺伝子をCre-loxPシステムを用いることによりコンディショナルに発現するトランスジェニックマウス。脳のシナプス前終末の生理学的および形態学的解析に有用。Tgマウスは通常の維持繁殖には特に問題ない (致死性なし、免疫異常なし、行動異常なし)
