Strain descriptionQbrick (Frem1) ゲノム上のArg-Gly-Asp (RGD) 配列をコードする部分がArg-Gly-Glu (RGE) となるよう変異を挿入したマウス。Qbrickは基底膜分子であり、インテグリン結合モチーフであるArg-Gly-Asp (RGD) 配列を有する。RGE変異配列にはインテグリン結合活性はない。
