| Colony maintenance | B6xCBA受精卵にて作製したAicda-cre Tgマウスは少なくとも４世代樹立者によりB6にかけ戻され、その後寄託者によりさらに通算１０世代B6にかけ戻された。そのマウスにB6背景を持つコンジェニックであるrosa-tdRFPマウスをかけ合わせ、姉妹兄弟交配で維持した。 |
