ES Cell line
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Kazuto Kobayashi, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, Fukushima Medical University School of Medicine in 2010. A human IL2RA and mVenus fusion gene was transferred into 129 derived ES cells. The mutant mice were crossed to C57BL/6J for several times.
Strain descriptionThe human IL2RA and mVenus fusion gene was inserted into the start codon of Drd1 gene.
Colony maintenanceHeterozygote x Wild-type [C57BL/6JJcl]
