Strain description | Opalin, oligodendrocytic myelin paranodal and inner loop protein gene knockout mice. Exons 2-6 of Opalin gene was replaced with a Frt-PGK-Neo-Frt-loxP cassette. Homozygous mutant mice show no obvious abnormality. |
