| Strain description | Dppa3発現制御領域下でMER-Cre-MER-PESTを発現するトランスジェニックマウス。初期胚・始原生殖細胞・卵母細胞において、4-Hydroxytamoxifen依存的なCre組換えが可能。This transgenic mouse expresses MER-Cre-MER-PEST protein under the control of the regulatory elements of the Dppa3. This strain enables 4-Hydroxytamoxifen-dependent Cre recombination in preimplantation embryos, primordial germ cells, and oocytes. |
