Strain descriptionLoxP-Stop-LoxP-IRES2-tTA-Ad配列を、VGLUT1遺伝子の3’UTR領域にノックインしてある。Creによる組み換え後に、VGLUT1発現細胞においてtTA-Adが発現する。(tTA-Ad is expressed after Cre-recombination in VGLUT1-expressing cells. LoxP-Stop-LoxP-IRES2-tTA-Ad sequence is knocked into 3’UTR region of VGLUT1 gene.)
