Strain descriptionChR2 (C128A) -mCherryが、Cre及びFLPの両方の組み換え後に発現するコンストラクトを、Rosa26遺伝子座にノックインしてある。発現レベルを増強する為に、プロモーターはCAGプロモーターを用いており、またChR2 (C128A) -mCherryの終止コドンとSV40pA配列の間にWPRE配列を挿入してある。(ChR2 (C128A) -mCherry is expressed after both Cre- and FLP-recombination. The transgene construct is knocked into Rosa26-locus. To achieve high-level transgene expression, ChR2 (C128A) -mCherry is expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence is inserted into 3’UTR region.)
