Strain descriptionマウスmiRNA125b-1を含むDNA断片を免疫グロブリン重鎖エンハンサーとプロモーターの下流につなげたトランスジェニックマウス。。生後15～30週齢 (ライン116) 、生後30-60週齢 (ライン005-I) 、および生後30-45週齢 (ライン005-II) でIgM陰性B細胞性腫瘍を発症して死亡する。トランスジーン挿入部位は15番染色体 (ライン116) 、6番染色体 (ライン005-I) 、および5番染色体 (ライン005-II) 。リンパ球の減少、脾臓肥大が頻発、時にリンパ節肥大がある。
