Strain development開発者/機関：間宮聡先生、濱田博司先生ら/大阪大学大学院生命機能研究科開発年：2004年G4 ES細胞をgene Targetingし、得られたキメラマウスをCAG-Flpeマウスと交配。neo(ネオマイシン耐性遺伝子)を除いた後、兄妹交配で維持。世代数は不明。
Strain descriptionCyp26b1遺伝子の第４イントロンと3’ UTRにloxP配列が挿入されている。Cre蛋白存在下でnull alleleにすることができる。
Colony maintenance寄託個体にB6を交配後、兄妹交配。
