Strain development開発者 / 機関 : 持田京子先生、吉場聡子先生、浜田博司先生ら (大阪大学大学院生命機能研究科)開発年 : 2006年B6C3F1の受精卵にmicroinjectionして作出。得られたTgマウスをB6/129系統と交配して維持。
Strain descriptionノード特異的エンハンサー (NDE) によってノードの両側で、膜移行型CFPとLacZを発現するマウス。
Colony maintenance寄託個体にB6を交配後、兄妹交配。
