Strain descriptionリバーステトラサイクリン制御性トランス活性化因子(rtTA)を、プルキンエ細胞特異的L7プロモーターを用いて発現させたトランスジェニックマウス。プルキンエ細胞特異的にrtTAを発現するので、このマウスとテトラサイクリン応答因子(TRE)＋最小CMVプロモーター制御下で特定の遺伝子を発現するトランスジェニックマウスや、同様のコンストラクトを持つウイルスベクターを組み合わせる事で、時期特異的にプルキンエ細胞にのみ特定の蛋白質を発現させる事が出来る。このマウスを活用する事で、小脳可塑性の分子レベルでのメカニズム解明を進める事が出来る。
