Strain descriptionGad1 (GAD67) 遺伝子のGFPノックインマウス。Gad1遺伝子のエクソン1のATGコドンにEGFPが挿入されている。ホモマウスは出生後致死 (口蓋裂により死亡) 。loxPで挟まれたNeomycin耐性遺伝子はcreマウスとの交配により除去されている。
