| Strain description | NC/Jicはネズミ・マラリア原虫感染時の原虫増殖性が強感受性系統である。一方、129X1/SvJは抵抗性系統である。両系統間の交配群を用いた連鎖解析から Chr.9(D9Mit～D9Mit)と Chr.8(D8Mit191～D8Mit85)に感受性差を規定する遺伝子が存在することが判明した。そこで、感受性のNC系統に抵抗性の 129X1由来の２つの染色体領域を導入した。 |
