Strain description | Hmox1 (Heme oxygenase-1) 遺伝子のfloxedマウス。エクソン3から5がloxPで挟まれている。組織臓器特異的Creマウスとの交配によりコンディショナルノックアウトマウスが作製可能。Hmox1遺伝子はヘムを分解し、ビリベルジン、一酸化炭素、鉄を生成する反応を触媒する酵素であるHeme oxygenase (HO) のisyozymeの一つ。 |
