Strain descriptionラットチロシン水酸化酵素 (TH) 遺伝子プロモーターに、オワンクラゲ緑色蛍光タンパク質 (GFP) 遺伝子を接続した導入遺伝子を持つ。Tgマウスは脳内および末梢器官のカテコールアミン合成細胞がGFPにより標識される。
