Strain development開発者／機関：小林和人先生／奈良先端科学技術大学院大学開発年：1998年導入遺伝子を BDF1 × BDF1の受精卵に注入し、トランスジェニックマウスの系統を作製した。その後、C57BL/6Jに戻し交配した。
Strain descriptionサイトメガロウイルス(CMV)の遺伝子プロモーターの下流に、loxP 配列で挟まれたクロラムフェニコールアセチルトランスフェラーゼ(CAT) 遺伝子と Rho-kinase の ドミナントネガティブ変異体(Rho-K DN)を順次連結した導入遺伝子を有する。
Colony maintenance戻し交配：Background 系統 (戻し交配の相手)：C57BL/6J系統名（ブリーダー名）： 日本クレア特記：遺伝子型は、ヘテロの状態で維持している。
