Strain development東京都医学総合研究所・松岡邦枝先生、米川博通先生。C.B-17/Icr-scidマウスの受精卵にTgをインジェクションすることにより作出。RBRC02767（ライン5）、RBRC02768（ライン14）、RBRC02769（ライン17）、RBRC02770（ライン33）、RBRC02771（scid背景、論文中の#70のラインと同じ）。
Strain descriptionジフテリア毒素投与により、標的細胞を選択的に破壊できるトランスジェニックマウス (標的細胞ノックアウト (TRECK法) ) 。ヒトインスリンプロモーター制御下でhDTR (ジフテリア毒素受容体) を発現する。ジフテリア毒素投与により、膵臓β細胞を選択的に破壊することができる。scid変異をもっており、重度の免疫不全を呈する。
