Strain descriptionreporterとしてCAG-CAT-Zを使用時：epiblast特異的にCreタンパクを発現するものとして、コンディショナルノックアウトマウスの解析に利用できるreporterとしてROSA26Rを使用時：epiblastだけでなく、VEにもCreタンパクの発現が観察された。
