Strain development開発者／機関：山本正道先生、西條幸男先生、濱田博司先生　大阪大学大学院生命機能研究科開発年：2003年B6C3F1の受精卵にmicroinjectionして作出。得られたTgマウスをC57BL/6Jと交配。
Strain description側板中胚葉特異的にCreタンパクを発現するものとして、コンディショナルノックアウトマウスの解析に利用できる。ただし、トランスジェニックのため、世代間でCreタンパクの発現が弱くなるものもあるので注意が必要。
