Strain development | Developed by Yasuhiro Yamada, Gifu University Graduate School of Medicine in 2007. The transgene was injected into the pronuclei of C57BL/6 fertilized eggs. Line 392 (main line) (RBRC02415), line 622 (rbrc02416) and line 628 (RBRC02417). |
Strain description | Beta-catenin/Tcf reporter mice. These mice express GFP gene under the control of the Tcf/Lef binding sites and a minimal thymidine kinase promoter from the TOPFLASH plasmid. Immunohistochemistry with a GFP antibody can be used to assess the Tg expression in the intestine. In the splenocytes, expression of GFP was observed by FACS analysis, In other organs, the GFP expression patterns are not examined yet. |
