Strain descriptionグルタミン酸トランスポーター遺伝子Slc1a3のCreノックインマウス。Slc1a3(GLAST)遺伝子の開始メチオニンからインフレームでCre配列を挿入。Creの下流にG-CSF3’ non-cordingとpgk-neoカセットをもつ。pgk-neoカセットは両側にfrt配列をもち、FLPリコンビネースにより除去が可能。
