| Strain description | Bcar1 (p130Cas) is an adaptor molecule on growth factor receptor and integrin activation functions as regulator of cell motility and invasion. This conditional knockout mice have a loxP-flanked Bcar1 allele. Conditional Bcar1 deficient mice can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice. |
