Strain description | Casp130 (Crk-associated substrate p130) knockout mice. This mice were generated by the micro-injection of the vector to express Cre recombinase into the eggs of conditional KO strain that have flanked exon 2 encoding SH3 domain of Casp130. Homozygous mutant mice are embryonic lethal. |
