Strain development開発者：西藤公司先生機関：慶応義塾大学医学部皮膚科学教室開発年：2006年C57BL/6由来マウス受精卵の前核にマイクロインジェクションを行い、受容雌マウスの卵管内に移植して受容雌マウスの帝王切開によりSPF化。その後兄妹交配にてホモ接合マウスを作出・維持。
Strain descriptiondesmoglein(Dsg)は重層扁平上皮のデスモソームに発現するカドへリン型接着分子であり、自己免疫性水疱症である尋常性天疱瘡の自己抗原としても知られている。本マウスはマウスDsg3全長のC末端に緑色蛍光色素GFPを融合したタンパク質を重層扁平上皮の基底層に発現する。デスモソームの細胞接着機能ならびに自己免疫性水疱症の病態発症機序の解析に有用である。
