Strain descriptionNrp2遺伝子のノックアウトマウス。ATGを含むエクソン1とその下流の一部がlacZ-neoカセットで置換されている。ホモマウスは血管、神経系の異常により胎生期もしくは生後すぐに死亡する。
Colony maintenanceHetero mice are healthy and fertile. No specific care is needed. Homo mouse is dead in uterus or soon after birth.
