Strain development福島県立医科大学医学部・小林和人先生（1998）。B6D2F2受精卵にTgをインジェクションにより作出。C57BL/6Jマウスに戻し交配された。ライン17（RBRC02140）、ライン36（RBRC02141）。
Strain descriptionヒトドーパミンβ水酸化酵素 (DBH) 遺伝子プロモーターに、ウシtauタンパク質にクラゲ緑色蛍光タンパク質 (GFP) を融合した遺伝子を接続した導入遺伝子を持つ。脳内および末梢器官のノルアドレナリンとアドレナリン合成細胞がGFPにより標識されている。ライン17および36ラインが育成された。両ラインとも高い発現があるが、ライン17の方がよりレベルが高い。
