Strain description | Mint, Msx2 interacting nuclear target protein which is a suppressor factor of a Notch/RBP-J signaling pathway, plays a role in fate determination. This strain has a loxP-flanked Mint allele. Conditional Mint deficient mice can be generated by crossing with tissue-specific Cre mice. This strain is useful for elucidating the mechanism of Notch/RBP-J signaling pathway in mammals. |
Colony maintenance | Sibling Mating (Homozygote x Homozygote)Homozygous mutant mice are viable and fertile. |
