Strain development国立遺伝学研究所・佐渡　敬先生（2005）。J1 ES細胞を用いて作出。
Strain descriptionTsix遺伝子の機能を破壊したX染色体上で、さらにXist遺伝子も破壊したXist/Tsix二重欠損マウス (X<dc>) 。Xist遺伝子の機能を阻害しており、mutantアレルを♂親から受け継いだ場合、全ての仔のメスは致死となる。しかし、ヘテロのメスから受け継いだ場合はXistノックアウトマウス同様、ミュータントマウスは次世代へ伝播することができる。Tsix遺伝子ノックアウト (Xist<1loxGFP>) (RBRC01949) 、Tsix遺伝子スプライシングノックアウト (Tsix<SA>) (RBRC01949) 、Xist/Tsixダブルノックアウト (X<dc>) (RBRC01950) 、Tsix<pA> (RBRC02653) 、Xist<IVS> (02654) 、Xist<delta> (RBRC02655) 。
